Whether you’re a youth athlete (my youngest client is 12!) striving to reach your peak, a busy professional looking to improve your fitness, working around an injury or someone well into their golden years (my oldest client is 98!), personal training with TSSports is tailored exactly to your needs.

I offer flexible one-on-one sessions at your home, in the gym, or outdoors — wherever you feel most comfortable and motivated. Together, we’ll create a customized program that fits your goals, lifestyle, and abilities, focusing on safe, effective progress at your pace.

Wherever you are, we can train together. My online sessions offer the same focused, personalized attention as in-person – tailored to your goals, space, and energy levels. All you need is a device and a bit of room to move. Simple, flexible, and effective.
