Outdoor Bootcamp

A dynamic full-body strength session that brings the gym outdoors with functional equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, Olympic barbells, slam balls, battle ropes, and more. These classes are designed to build strength and resilience in a fun, motivating environment: the great outdoors. I usually run them six mornings a week between 7:30 and 10:30 am — rain or shine!
Training in the early morning sunlight is incredibly beneficial for your body and mind, helping you sleep better and start the day energized. But what truly makes these sessions special? The people. Our supportive community creates the perfect atmosphere to push yourself, thrive, and achieve your goals together.

Outdoor High Intensity

A fast-paced, energetic workout combining running intervals or sprints with bodyweight training and use of outdoor equipment like pull-up bars, rings, benches, and parallel bars. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and explosive movement.

Suspension Trainer (Outdoor Trx)

A full-body functional training session using suspension trainers.
This class uses your body weight and gravity to challenge strength, stability, and coordination in constantly shifting ways. A dynamic class that’s as graceful as it is powerful.

Outdoor & Indoor Pilates

A focused, equipment-based Pilates class designed to improve posture, core control, and functional strength. Using foam rollers, balls, blocks, dowels, and a special Pilates suspension training setup, we combine classical and modern approaches to create a deeply effective and body-aware experience. Sessions are offered both outdoors and indoors depending on the season.

Release, Mobility & Self-Massage

This restorative session focuses on active recovery and releasing tension using tools like foam rollers, massage balls, sticks, stones, and bands. A mindful class ideal for anyone who needs to unwind, recover, and move more freely.
