about me
Hi, I’m Tina — a lifelong sports enthusiast, movement lover, and nature addict.
My passion for physical activity started early: I was on skis and horseback by the age of three, and by twelve, I was already running mountain trails just for the joy of it. At sixteen, I fell in love with kickboxing and strength training, and I’ve been exploring new ways to move ever since.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in a wide range of sports, passions, and hobbies. I’ve dedicated my time to everything from downhill, road, and enduro biking to surfing, skateboarding, horse riding, running, kickboxing, and paragliding. Movement has always been my way to feel free, stay grounded, and connect with the world around me.
In my early twenties, I competed as a freeride skier and was proud to be a sponsored athlete (PelleP). Later on, I challenged myself in obstacle races like Wildsau Dirt Run and Xletics (sponsored by Phantom Athletics). But I quickly realized: to keep doing the things I love, I needed to train smart — not just hard.

That’s when my passion for strength training truly deepened. It became the foundation that supported everything else: better performance, fewer injuries, more confidence, and a body that could keep up with my adventurous spirit.
I became a certified Pilates instructor in 2011, and by 2017, I earned my personal trainer license. Since 2019, I’ve been coaching full-time under my own name. I’ve built TSSports as a space where people train with purpose, play hard, and grow stronger together.

TSSports is built on a simple belief: movement should feel natural, empowering, and connected — to yourself, to nature, and to others.
That’s why I offer a blend of group classes and personal training. These are rooted in strength training, functional movement, and the powerful benefits of outdoor fitness.

“Tina runs the best training program in Verbier. Her classes are mostly outdoor training programs that are run in rain or shine, wind or snow… it’s always ON … regardless of the weather. Unlike other trainers in Verbier, Tina puts a great deal of energy and planning into each daily training session. It’s always variable with different muscle groups used day after day. Classes are never boring or routine. The workouts of the day consist of strength training, conditioning, mobility , and circuit style training. The classes are always dynamic, fun and challenging, all wrapped up into one . Classes are open to all levels of fitness and to men and women. Her core clients tend to be high- level athletes looking to optimizes their fitness. I highly recommend Tina as a personal trainer. She inspires discipline and consistency and knows exercise science very well. She is a pro.”
